Victra is looking to hire a Vice President who is a highly strategic sales executive with a vision, who knows how to solve problems, and get things done.
Reporting Relationship
This individual will report directly to the CSO. As a Vice President for Victra, you will oversee retail sales and operations .
Responsibilities
- Improve upon all service metrics including the selling environment, conversion, checkout time, and customer acquisition.
- Create visual directives that lead to extremely high standards across all locations.
- Implement a selling and service initiative. Train all specialists across all four regions on specific selling skills and requirements.
- Collaborate with key partners to effectively position the business is in-sync with a broader strategic field of view.
- Review kiosk financial components to maximize profitability, analyze key performance indicators (KPI's) for strengths, trends, opportunities, and deficiencies, and coach appropriately to improve and/or duplicate results.
- Direct kiosk operations team to achieve operating budget goals and sales targets.
- Promote innovation and lead the team to test field strategies, share ideas and develop best practices.
- Ensure implementation and execution of corporate marketing programs in the field.
- Own key relationships with Victra's vendors.
- Promote and embody the Victra core values of Performance, Collaboration, Integrity, Innovation, and Celebrations.

General Management
- Build a talent-driven organization; serve as leader/mentor to motivate, manage, and develop the retail team.
- Maximize growth potential while supporting existing partnerships.
- Develop and cultivate creative field executives and associates with a foundation in superior customer service.
- Create an educated field sales force with an intimate knowledge of brand and product.
- Ensure revenue growth and profitability.
- Create leadership disciplines and infrastructure to facilitate growth and profitability.
- Make decisions which will result in the most cost effective solutions with the highest opportunity for return on investment.
Brand Positioning/Marketing
- Set brand image standards for all retail kiosks and manage a unified brand statement across all product lines/categories.
- Develop programs that cause the company to come alive at kiosk level.
- Review and activate promotional plans, pricing and kiosk marketing programs.
Merchandising
- Develop intimate knowledge of consumer and marketplace.
- Serve as the divisional lightening rod for consumer and trend awareness.
- Transform consumer feedback and trend awareness into winning strategies
Customer Service
- Create a first class customer service model based on servant leadership where the company customer is at the apex of the organization.
- Create a service model that focuses on point-of-engagement versus point-of-sale.
- Align all systems and operations to deliver service that delights and exceeds the customer's expectations.
Strategic and Financial Planning
- Identify financial and operating issues/opportunities.
- Lead development of strategic growth plans as they relate to: budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, performance analysis, annual/seasonal planning and expense control.
Experience
- Successfully attract and motivate management talent.
- Proven record as a visionary, with ability to execute this vision at point-of-sale.
- Multi-functional kiosk leader with deep merchandising experience in vertically integrated retail environment.
- Well-developed merchandising skills, and a proven track record for recognizing and interpreting trends.
- Combines ability to be strategic and hands-on.
- Demonstrated success in the management of intensive companies where there is day-to-day blocking and tackling.
- Provides leadership that leads to personal growth and leads by example.
- Has been a proactive planner and implementer of change.
- Experienced working collaboratively across multiple business functions to achieve strategic goals
