About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate in our Banker Connection team within our Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB) organization. This role is responsible for writing and maintaining internal procedures, communications, and support documentation.

In this role, you will:
- Provide subject matter expertise on end-to-end processes, including procedures, communications, and support documentation
- Complete procedural reviews according to established guidelines, ensuring accurate and complete documentation
- Publish procedures, communications, and Elevate content
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure ongoing effectiveness
- Review initiatives including procedure changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and effectiveness
- Respond with urgency to change requests, feedback, and publish materials within the requested timeframe
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of procedures, best practices, and change initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with internal support teams, managers or cross-functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or communications preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Familiarity with Wells Fargo Branch Banking procedures
- Experience writing communications and procedures
- Ability to negotiate, collaborate, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Open Text or other website publication platforms
- Expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Job Expectations:
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Must be able to work from 9:00am-6:00pm M-F
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
