Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Information Systems Manager to lead various functional areas in information systems support, maintenance, and management. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, coordinating recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and for providing direction and guidance to subordinate organizational units.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Manage a team of professionals, including supervisors, associate managers, and exempt professional staff.
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Project Management:
Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external customers and industry peers at various management levels concerning operations or scheduling of specific phases of projects or contracts.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical expertise in one or more areas, such as EUS, N&T, AV, systems integration, and related disciplines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.
Leadership and Guidance:
Provide direction and guidance to subordinate organizational units.
Interpret and execute policies and procedures that typically affect subordinate organizational units.
Recommend modifications to operating policies.
Communication and Collaboration:
Conduct briefings and participate in technical meetings for internal and external representatives concerning specific operations.
Collaborate with internal and external customers and industry peers at various management levels.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical expertise in one or more areas, such as EUS, N&T, AV, systems integration, and related disciplines.
Experience with project management tools and techniques.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience in IT, preferably in infrastructure and operations role with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with IT solutions and IT resource personnel.
• Understanding of and experience with Infrastructure, including networking, servers and storage, and End User support
• Working technical experience with IT projects including: Telecommunications, servers, Microsoft Operating Systems, and PC hardware upgrades

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $118,100 - $226,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $135,800 - $256,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
