Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience completing operational or project based work and tasks.
- Experience working in an environment that is dependent on systems and technology on a daily basis, and working with confidential information.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations, including conducting audits or research to identify process deficiencies or areas of improvements.
- 3 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
- 1 year of experience working with information/data to generate solutions, including experience using data to develop business plans and strategies.
- 1 year of experience with physical security system architecture, components, installation methods, administration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of physical security, investigations, compliance, or risk management, as well as current security technology including access control and CCTV.
- Knowledge of Google applications.

As a Data Center Security Manager, you will focus on executing tasks of a project with minimal escalation, under some guidance from your manager. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with Executive Security Manager, support day-to-day management of the compliance, security, and risk management program at a Data Center or related infrastructure, which includes completing tasks related to site security incidents, escalations, guard contract management, and all other physical security-related issues.
- Participate in after-hours emergent, large-scale events. Implement Security Operations actions directed by the Crisis Management leadership team.
- Implement established compliance processes aligned with policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- Participate in investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations including worker injuries and security incident investigations. Research and report on local factors for completion of Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
- Assist management with financial analysis and provide input for financial decisions, for security requirements.
