Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve operational efficiencies
- Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure excellent performance
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to increase revenue
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
- Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their goals and objectives
- Provide coaching and training to improve sales and business development skills
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills
- Experience in analyzing sales data and identifying trends and opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing profit and loss (P&L) statements
- Experience in process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies
- Ability to provide coaching and training to improve sales and business development skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
