Position Overview:
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Salesforce initiatives and assisting in strategic planning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, a proven track record of successful project management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. This position reports to the Digital Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives and translate them into a Salesforce roadmap aligned with company strategy.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business users to identify, document, and prioritize user stories and requirements to support Salesforce initiatives.
Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and is aligned with overall company objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with various teams, including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions.
User Story Definition: Create clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications for development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals.
Release Planning and Management: Coordinate with development and testing teams to plan and execute releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilization.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze Salesforce performance metrics, gather user feedback, and proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices in Sales and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile Project Management.

This is an In-Office position located in Louisville, KY. Remote work will be considered for this position, however there will be times when you are needed in our office in Louisville, KY so driving distance will be a consideration. Relocation is not provided.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
