Scope of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations, enhance user productivity, and ensure data integrity. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Platform Management: Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Customization and Configuration: Design and implement custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, validation rules, and other Salesforce features to meet business needs.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity and hygiene through regular audits, data imports/exports, and deduplication efforts.
- Process Automation: Create and manage automations using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers (if applicable).
- Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure adoption and proper usage of Salesforce.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- System Integrations: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to manage integrations with other systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Documentation: Document system configurations, customizations, and administrative processes to maintain a knowledge base.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance, security policies, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Salesforce features and tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and SOQL.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Experience with third-party applications and integrations via Salesforce AppExchange or APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Experience with marketing automation and sales engagement tools.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) required; advanced certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related role, required.
