Sansar Tec LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Agent Force and Prompt Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce development and customization, with a focus on creating efficient solutions that enhance the customer experience. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration and high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Agent Force and Prompt Builder to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development and deployment to ensure high-quality code and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and practices.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance their understanding of the Salesforce platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Agent Force and Prompt Builder.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Salesforce Developer Certification is preferred.
