In the role of Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:

Perform accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, sub-consultant releases, purchase requisitions, usages recovery, accounts receivable collections, budgets, financial planning, general accounting, billing and etc.
Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment
Do routine work and follow detailed instructions
Involve the use of computers to maintain financial records and accounting reports
Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail, manage multiple projects independentlyAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
