Counterintelligence Officer
Key Role:
Support counterintelligence functions, including collections, operations, investigations, analysis, and functional or technical services. Apply specific functional, working, or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with Counterintelligence
Experience developing presentations and briefing a variety of customers and stakeholders
Knowledge of foundational defensive Counterintelligence, including conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training, and awareness
Ability to conduct daily research to gather, assimilate, evaluate, and interpret information concerning intelligence and espionage threats against personnel, programs, technology, information systems, facilities, and the National System for GEOINT (NSG)
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Graduate of a Federal or DoD CI Training Academy
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to provide daily counterintelligence analyses
Ability to assimilate, evaluate, and interpret all-source information from an operational security perspective
Ability to publish finished intelligence with recommendations for mitigation and countermeasures
Ability to detect and assess anomalous activities for links to possible foreign intelligence collection with recommended countermeasures
Ability to provide analytical forecasts of foreign intelligence and espionage threats as requested with recommended countermeasures
Master’s degree in National Intelligence, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis, Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
