Description

The Lot Detail Attendant team member is responsible for moving vehicles on company property, and for vehicle cleaning services in support of the Honda Service Center.

Essential job functions:

Detail and clean company vehicles
Transport vehicles
Record data on company vehicles
Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
Ensure clear communication with customers
Ensure training and development opportunities are utilized
Provide, foster and encourage daily team work
Provide professional and positive atmosphere for customers
Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations
Engage in daily team communication

Skills/requirements:

Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams
Must have good communication and customer service skills
Some computer experience preferred
