Description
The Lot Detail Attendant team member is responsible for moving vehicles on company property, and for vehicle cleaning services in support of the Honda Service Center.
Essential job functions:
- Detail and clean company vehicles
- Transport vehicles
- Record data on company vehicles
- Monitor, react and respond to Service Center customer needs
- Ensure clear communication with customers
- Ensure training and development opportunities are utilized
- Provide, foster and encourage daily team work
- Provide professional and positive atmosphere for customers
- Provide and ensure positive and effective customer relations
- Engage in daily team communication
Skills/requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Ability to read and understand basic charts and diagrams
- Must have good communication and customer service skills
- Some computer experience preferred
