At Genesis Capital, the Salesforce Software Developer will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and releases of our Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Software Developer will work with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and other various stakeholders to implement solutions that drive workflow and efficiencies that help drive us toward our organizational goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Design, develop, and maintain features and improvements in Genesis Capital’s Salesforce instance.
- Develop Apex code, Flows, and Lightning Components.
- Work with product and development teams to create innovative software solutions.
- Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs.
- Perform essential Salesforce administration tasks including user management, configuration, and building reports and dashboards.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through architectural input.
- Implement end-to-end automated tests to ensure proper functionality across multiple systems.
- Identify appropriate release branching and deployment strategies to ensure the quality delivery of software.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- BS/MS in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.
- Proficient knowledge of how to write or build Apex code, Flows, and Lightning components.
- A solid understanding of integration and design using Web/REST APIs.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Some design background (preferred, not required).

Annual Compensation Range: $100,000 - $130,000
