We are looking for a Record Retrieval Specialist that will be the liaison between our company and custodians of records for our clients.
As a Record Retrieval Specialist, you will be responsible for all the admin process in retrieving the requested records for our clients. Which will include calling, emailing, or mailing request to custodians. Processing payments, retrieving and turning in all records. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the smooth operation of this process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Process and match custodian invoices with open orders and retrieving all supporting documents to prepare authorized payments to custodians using portals, email, or mail a check.
- Communicate with custodians regarding record discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other related matters in a professional and timely manner
- Retrieve the records and turn into our production department
- Communicating with custodians with issues that may arise
- Expediting request in a timely manner, via phone, email or portal.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned

Training
- This position will include training of our industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
