Tajen Trucking is looking for self motivated, dependable and safe drivers to deliver packages for FedEx. We deliver to businesses and residences in the surrounding area (rural and suburban). The ideal candidate has driving and/or delivery experience, is a safe driver, learns quickly and consistently works on improvement, has good customer service skills, and knows how to work independently and with a team.

We are looking to hire full-time and part-time delivery drivers. Drivers will be operating out of the Knoxville terminal. Vehicles will be provided by the employer.
CDL License is NOT required!!!
Experience is preferred, but not required. We offer paid training. We are looking for people who have been local drivers, truck drivers, route drivers, couriers, pick up and delivery drivers. If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, and other FedEx companies, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies, that is a plus.
Pay: Starting pay ranges from $825 up to $990 per week.

Work Hours: We operate six (6) days a week. Monday - Saturday. Weekends required and are rotational. Employees typically do not work more than 5 days per week full-time and 3 days per week (part-time).

Requirements:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a drug test (includes cannabis, Delta 8, certain CBDs, etc.)
- Must be willing to submit for a background check
- Must be able to pass a DOT Medical physical exam (eligible for reimbursement by employer)
- Physically able to handle packages up to 150 pounds
