Organizational Transformation Consultant

That’s why we’re looking for an Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant like you who can help identify long-term goals and support the creation of the processes needed to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to create effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. As a process improvement consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:
- 1+ years of experience with strategic planning and execution, change management, and facilitation
- Experience planning and executing large projects, including the management of events or workshops
- Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy for transformation efforts in the public sector
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience with data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
