Full-time/part-time positions with STPD Delivery Inc. delivering packages!
STPD Delivery is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner hiring drivers for our delivery operation in Sarasota, FL.
*Job Location- 2200 Tallevast Rd, Sarasota Fl 34243 (Amazon Warehouse)
Drivers must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with lots of repetition and exercise. Our drivers average 15-20K steps daily. We are looking for team players willing to go the extra mile and grow with the Company.

Position Specifics:
- Our drivers work 10-hour shifts.
- Drivers who complete their route early are required to help other drivers when asked unless previous arrangements have been requested and are compensated with Additional Pay when picking up 15 stops or more. (Rescue Pay)
- STPD Delivery has an Incentive Policy to reward drivers who meet the weekly safety and delivery metrics.
** Start/End times are subject to change throughout the year - Drivers work independently on a route. You must work the whole day. No Partial Days / No Morning only / No Evening only.
- 3 - 4-day workweek (all drivers must work one weekend day as part of their schedule).
- Our drivers average between 250-320 delivered packages each day.
- Compensation is $20.00/hr. + Incentive Bonus if weekly Delivery & Safety Metrics are met
- All employees will undergo a 90-day review period.
- Health insurance and PTO available for full-time employees (30+ hours)

- We are looking for Full-time (4 days a week) positions and some part-time (3 days a week) positions.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license.
- Will be subject to a background screening going back seven years.
- Will be subject to a motor vehicle report screening (No DUI, No reckless/careless driving, No improper lane change, No driving on a suspended license ... etc.)
- Will be subject to drug screening.
- Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions
- Drivers safely deliver in all weather conditions.
- Proficient in using Android-based apps on a provided cell phone.
