**2-month Temporary position**
The Role:
The client is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant role will have strong administrative skills with a strong work ethic, superior multi-tasking abilities, ‘can-do’ attitude and great organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and cover for all administrative staff, as needed
- Work with Marketing Department, as needed
- Input and update opportunity and project information in Dynamics
- Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone, relaying messages
- Assist Office Manager, as needed
- Special projects, as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year previous administrative experience in an office environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
