The Leidos National Security Sector has an exciting opening for you, our next OSINT Training and Tradecraft SME to help develop OSINT Training Curriculum on the Leidos OSINT Program’s Governance, Training and Tradecraft Team in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)/Open-Source Integration Center's (OSIC). The Leidos OSINT Training and Tradecraft SME will develop OSINT curriculum, course materials, and oversee the Leidos OSINT Programs OSINT training efforts to enhance DIA/OSIC's OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos OSINT Program consists of four main tasks: collecting and reporting, technical TCPED solutions/infrastructure, governance/training/tradecraft, and program management. As OSINT Training and Tradecraft SME, you will be providing OSINT training to the DIE and OSIC Collection and Reporting Team who operate out of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling AFB, Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Patrick Space Force Base, FL; and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs throughout the DoD and IC. You will work closely with Team Leads.

Responsibilities Include:
Serves as a technical internet of things (IOT), internet of everything (IOE) and other datasets
Identifies strengths and/or gaps in OSINT analytic tradecraft to expand use of strong processes and address weaknesses
Provide SME support to the IDE on OSINT tools/techniques to enhance DIE OSINT collection capabilities
Serve as an expert on synthetic media and/or mis dis information in PAI/CAI
Write technical reports and standard operating procedures to enhance the OSINT community’s technical capabilities
Advise and support the Defense Open-Source Council and subcommittees
Conduct technical assessment of existing and emerging technologies
Support stakeholder training requirements
Assist the Leidos PMO as needed, focused on identifying and supporting internal and external dependencies
Clearance Required:
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience in OSINT or 10+ years of experience with master's degree
Extensive experience with managed attribution technologies
Extensive experience with Internet Protocol, Networking, Bluetooth, and WIFI
Management of teams accomplishing technically challenging work
Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience with DIA Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIR)
Experience with the collection or analysis of open-source data on real world problems
Experience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis of communications
Experience using methodologies or models to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and/or anomalies within large datasets
Experience with data normalization
Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical experience
Experience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
