Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about Verizon's products, services, and promotions.
- Recommend and demonstrate appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals on a consistent basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team and individual sales objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competition, and new products.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred; wireless sales experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with wireless technology and devices is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
