Bay ABA is looking for fun and energetic Behavior Technicians to help support children impacted by Autism. Those applying for the position should demonstrate the following skills:
- Running enthusiastic PRT or DTT based therapy sessions
- Ability to collect data
- Having an understanding of ABA principles
- Ability to work with a dedicated support team
- Ability to commute to session locations (Santa Clara County)
- Punctuality
- Professional communication with both Supervisors and Caregivers
- Ability to communicate with a team by email within 48 hours

*Candidates preferred with a minimum of 1-year experience working as a Behavior Technician and/or 1-year experience working with children with special needs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.50 - $27.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
