We want to hire an outgoing, friendly, and reliable individual for our family-owned West Chester, Ohio businesses. This role offers unlimited opportunities for career advancement.
What You Will Do:
- Perform key sales processes: cold calls, site visits, research, development, contact, and support.
- Provide professional presentations of our comprehensive offerings via email and other outbound/in-person marketing means.
- Make cold calls and phone calls to develop, create, and close sales opportunities.
- Make follow-up calls and send emails and SMS text messages to prospective clients to develop new opportunities.
- You will work on in-person sales development, partnering with our in-house team to develop proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Help facilitate the overall growth and success of One Clean Family.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Sales or business development experience in the cleaning, floor care, or Jan-San supply industry is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be dependable and have a friendly personality.
- Must be able to work with technology such as CRMs and mobile apps.
- Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Must be outgoing and like to cultivate relationships.
- Must be able to learn, adapt, and prioritize tasks quickly.
- Must have an overall ambition to succeed.
- We seek a compelling individual with experience in product, supply, equipment, or service-oriented selling/lead generation background.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience making outbound sales calls intending to sell a product or service.
- Must have experience sending outbound emails intending to sell a product or service.
- Experience generating and implementing email follow-ups.
- Must have experience developing and creating new sales opportunities via outbound proactive methods.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other marketing automation software is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be dependable and have a friendly personality.
