Role Description Join our growing team as a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician at our Blackwood, NJ location. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service while maintaining and repairing home comfort systems for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance
- Ensure EPA compliance and maintain accurate service records
- Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance best practices
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency residential services
- Maintain service vehicle and inventory
Required Qualifications
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Valid EPA certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellence in customer service and communication
- Experience with common residential brands (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE certification
- Experience with smart home thermostats and HVAC controls
- Knowledge of residential HVAC codes and regulations
- Background in residential air quality solutions
