Qualifications
- For this position, we are looking for a Lead HVAC Retrofit Installer that is willing to teach their apprentice, and is just as hungry to learn more.
-Has experience managing an apprentice
-We are looking for experienced HVAC lead installers. Individuals must be able to work safely, lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
-Own the majority of your own personal HVAC tools, reliable, driven to learn, hardworking, and motivated!
Responsibilities may include
- Installation of high end equipment... minisplits, furnace's, A/C's, heatpumps, humidifiers, air handlers etc...
- Training
- ductwork
- flue piping
- line sets
- controls etc...
Incentive
