KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Administrative Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Administrative Services directors to develop and implement Administrative Services strategy and priorities aligned with the broader Administrative and Office Experience (AOE) vision and strategy, including driving efficient service delivery, future planning for enhancement/expansion of services and technology initiatives
- Partner with functional leaders to understand their strategic priorities, establish Administrative Services’ related priorities, and address issues; work closely with Administrative and Office Experience (AOE) leaders to implement changes to the national support model and identify best practices for evaluation against external benchmarks
- Assess and address constantly evolving operational requirements through strategic planning, technology solutions, problem resolution, change management, performance management, and financial planning
- Spearhead and direct projects and initiatives including communication strategy for change management efforts by identifying and applying business trends in the profession and the marketplace; work with Administrative Services leaders on client and time sensitive projects
- Manage relationships with offshore teams and lead innovation, technology, and process improvements to build and enhance onshore and offshoring capabilities and workflow; collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement operating strategies that improve productivity and quality levels
- Oversee team members in offices across the US, serving as a coach, influencer and change agent to guide and champion AOE and Administrative Services strategy; coach, lead, and motivate Administrative Services teams to meet or exceed performance goals, while consistently looking for ways to advance team capabilities and performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum seven years of recent experience with business, management, and administrative services, including people, operational and financial management; prior leadership experience in a team environment with a responsive approach to needs, questions or problems encountered daily
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university
- Possess excellent skills related to situational assessment, problem solving, and negotiating; ability to lead and embrace change, negotiate risk, and influence decisions; strong executive presence with the ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate at all levels; previous experience with offshore engagement/management
- Ability to understand process and procedures; proven ability to work with organizational leadership in strategy development, communication, and execution of business and change management plans; capability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel when needed
