This Columbus based hybrid role is compensation grade G3. This role will have a focus on process management, process improvement and will champion process efficiencies. Prior auditing experience, compliance experience, proficiency in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies preferred but not required.

As a Quality Assurance Consultant in our Associate Relations organization, you will monitor and report on department compliance through monthly audits and risk assessments for our Office of Associate Relations (OAR) case management, policy, compliance, and Associate Solutions Center (ASC) operations. You’ll be involved in analyzing current processes, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall quality efficiency and help shape initiatives that make a real difference in our organization. Job Description
Spearhead updates and annual maintenance for standard operating procedures, including knowledge articles, Teams channels, and other record keeping SharePoint/folders.
Provide ad hoc project management/support as needed (e.g., compliance knowledge management initiatives, ServiceNow updates, process improvements, etc.).
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationship:Reports to AVP, Associate Relations. This is an individual contributor job.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Typically 8 or more years experiencein quality improvement or quality assurance roles.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Proven organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or similar preferred. Strong attention to detail.Ability to lead or motivate others.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resource Business Partner.
