JOB SUMMARY:
A Logistics Coordinator is an essential role that helps VirtuOx get our testing devices into our patient’s hands in a timely manner, then back to our facility for data retrieval necessary to produce a test report for the ordering physician. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of a company's supply chain, from preparation to transportation and delivery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all safety equipment is used properly and the workplace is organized and hazard free.
- Responsible for accurate shipping, transferring, receiving inventory.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Display an attitude of cooperation and work harmoniously with all levels of company employees.
- Adhere to and ensure company policies, attendance policies, and safety regulations are followed.
- Process orders and deliver, transfer and maintain stock and goods.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
This individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Proficient in MS Internet Explorer, Excel and various MS office programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent production abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Must be flexible in terms of working hours to meet the requirements of the position.
· Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
· Must be able to sit and/or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
· Must be able to speak clearly on the telephone.
· Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer as needed
· Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of continuous work experience in logistics or similar work will be considered
Grooming:
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Virtuox, Inc’s standards.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
