Essential Job Summary::
The Salesforce Administrator will support the strategic vision of IWS’ Salesforce program, by working closely with the salesforce product owner to overcome data obstacles, facilitate feedback, and promote adoption and change management with the ultimate goal of improving sales efficiency and business results. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts to provide solutions through configuring Salesforce. Administrator is also responsible to create training content, update the material with new releases and facilitate change management to ensure adoption of Salesforce improves across the entire sales organization.
Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.:
- Works directly with the functional teams to translate business objectives into technical requirements.Manages full application life cycle - design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Develops system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
- Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments
- Own Salesforce declarative development, including but not limited to flows, validation rules, complex formulas, lightning record pages, custom objects, custom report types
- Be the expert in Salesforce Security, understanding how the following interact together to protect sensitive data: roles, organization wide defaults, sharing rules, permission set groups, muting permissions, profiles
- Take directions from the salesforce product owner and perform data clean ups, build reports, monitor system error messages to resolve issues and perform detailed testing
- Develop and maintain user help documents based on enhancements made to the system
- Support sales on their questions and provide timely support
Requirements and Qualifications::
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related preferred field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with expertise in creating flows, validation rules, creating complex reports, creating lightning pages and maintaining custom objects.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience
- Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
- Team player with ability to work under pressure, conduct business in a professional manner, resolve problems and conflicts with minimal supervision.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications and processes.
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality

Salary Range Minimum: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Salary Range Maximum: USD $95,000.00/Yr.
