Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: Developing user stories from prioritized features and identifying acceptance criteria using tools like Miro and Lucidchart; Performing User-Acceptance Testing and Performance Testing using tools such as Selenium and JMeter; Utilizing Agile project management tools such as Jira to track tasks and sprint progress; Project Management using JIRA, Loop Component, and Service Now; Developing complex spreadsheets in Excel to analyze large datasets and create detailed reports for senior management; Data Visualization using Tableau; Documenting business processes using IBM BlueWorks Live and Meta Datahub; Collaborating with cross-functional teams on GitHub to deliver features and enhancements in alignment with strategic goals and KPIs; Utilizing Agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements. Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $138,715.00 to $182,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.
