Position Summary
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Developer will help lead a development team responsible for individual product development, client specific development, and the over development productization and roadmap for Clients First Business Solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product development
- Client specific development
- Provide training, configuration, and support of all products and development
- Troubleshooting for reported issues of products and development
- Automated test creation
- Train the development team on current technologies
- Provide leadership to the development team on a day-to-day basis
- Create client facing development estimates
- Lead productization and roadmap discussions
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum five years development experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV. Please DO NOT apply if you don't have this.
- AL experience
- Source Code Management experience (Azure DevOps)
- ERP Software experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV preferred
- Knowledge of PowerShell a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, accounting, business, or another technology-related field preferred
- Previous experience in a development leadership role
- Ability to meet deadlines utilizing strong organization habits
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly learn new business processes or applications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work independently on defined tasks
- Commitment to improving internal practices
- Strong attention to detail

- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident required
