We are looking for a talented HVAC Technician who will play a key role in growing the company’ HVAC presence in DFW.
Position Summary
As an HVAC Technician at Stowe’s, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in multifamily residential and commercial properties. This dynamic role involves customer interaction, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient system operation. You will have the opportunity for upward mobility in a fast growing company.
Key Responsibilities
· Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties.
· Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, adjusting, and testing HVAC systems for optimal functionality.
· Troubleshoot and resolve common HVAC issues, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical failures, and airflow problems.
· Install HVAC systems, components, and related equipment as needed.
· Provide emergency repair services and ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Utilize diagnostic tools, gauges, and other specialized equipment to assess and repair systems.
· Document work performed with clear notes, photos, and recommended follow-up actions.
· Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
· Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating diagnoses, repairs, and solutions to clients.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2+ years in HVAC service, installation, or repair preferred. Experience with multifamily properties is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including familiarity with refrigerants, electrical systems, and airflow balancing.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and resourceful approach to resolving technical challenges.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and within a team.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple jobs efficiently.
- Must pass a background check.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card.

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
