Job Position:Leasing Consultant
Location:Point South and Bridge Hollow Apartments
Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for an energetic, positive person to join our team.
- Serves as first point of contact either on the phone or in person (walk-ins by residents/ potential residents, vendors, etc.)
- Perform a variety of administrative functions (filing, data entry, lease file management)
- Draft leases and prepare for signing
- Leasing apartments and qualifying prospective residents
- Receive service requests from residents
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent customer service and results-driven with strong communication skills.
- Serves as first point of contact either on the phone or in person (walk-ins by residents/ potential residents, vendors, etc.)
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized with effective multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work standard community hours including Saturdays.
- Consistent achievement of monthly leasing goals.
- Strong team player with positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarization with the Blue Moon Software and the TAA Lease.
- Self-starter with high level of motivation are key skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Living on-site preferable but not required
- At least one year of work experience as a leasing agent but not required
