What are we looking for?
The Manager, Enterprise PMO is responsible for overall coordination, reporting and analysis of enterprise projects. In this role, the Manager will lead a team of project managers to enhance and adhere to project management solutions, processes, and methodologies, as well as monitor results for the IT community that ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. This role will report to the Director of Planning & Program Delivery with direct people management responsibilities.
Where you will have an impact
Provide oversight, analysis, reporting coordination and facilitation of the Enterprise PMO
Evaluate portfolio and projects, disseminate information, align resources, communicate responsibilities and monitor progress for initiatives
Participate in project team discussions and provide input to decisions regarding portfolio governance, best practices and tool utilization
Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks across the project portfolio, developing contingency plans where necessary
Interpret & support entire governance process including implementation and preparation of recommendations and presenting options that detail impacts of potential and final investment decisions
Establish and maintain working relationships among various enterprise teams/organizations
Direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team
Full people management responsibilities including hiring, firing, promotion, performance and compensation management, and training and development

What’s necessary to do the job?
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
8+ years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 5 years in portfolio analysis or managing projects
Minimum 3 years management, supervisory or team lead experience
Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of portfolio analysis or project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
Firm understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
CSM and/or PMP Certification preferred
Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred

The wage range for applicants for this position is [$140,000.00 to $150,000.00].
