Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct outbound calling to potential customers, introducing products and services effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product knowledge clearly to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for business development.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape future product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
