The Global Marketing PMO Lead will serve as a key member of the Global Marketing Enablement team, responsible for coordinating and driving critical global marketing initiatives which accelerate marketing goals. This role acts as a strategic partner to Global leaders, and other key stakeholders, ensuring successful execution of projects, focusing on achieving goals and timelines through an ongoing assessment of needed resources, and capabilities across projects that shape the future of the Global Marketing Organization. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful outcomes that advance marketing excellence worldwide.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance to accelerate global marketing initiatives in alignment with the GM Marketing Way
- Ensure alignment across all workstreams by fostering collaboration, accountability, and communication among stakeholders
- Proactively identify interdependencies and potential challenges, driving solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
P roject Management and Execution
- Lead the planning, tracking, and reporting of progress on key accelerator initiatives, maintaining transparency and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive the progress of critical workstreams by closely monitoring timelines, deliverables, and resource needs
- Develop and implement frameworks to measure the value captured from efforts and share lessons learned to continuously improve execution
- Act as a central resource for documenting and communicating project milestones, objectives, and outcomes
Operational Support
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Global CMO, Chief of Staff, and Global Marketing Hub teams
- Facilitate the development and execution of the Global Operating Model, ensuring timelines and deliverables align with overarching business goals
- Manage the coordination of executive-level presentations and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs
