As a Facilities Project Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing facility projects to ensure their successful completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth execution of facility projects.
You will report directly to our Real Estate Leader and you'll work out of our designated location in either our Plymouth, MN or Broomfield, CO site. This position will require a combination of on-site and remote work, depending on the project requirements.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our facility projects, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $71,500.00 - $89,400.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate facility projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying any potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate resources, including contractors and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment among team members and external stakeholders
- Monitor Health, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities (HSEF) project and departmental expenses, purchase requisitions, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality within the project team and promote best practices.
- Draft, revise, and maintains procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
- Assist in budget planning and financial analysis for HSEF
- Initiate and maintain vendor service contracts in support of facility operations

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in facility or construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
