Description: You will be the Logistics Management Analyst for our Logistics Management team. Our team is responsible for controlling the efficient flow of goods, services, and information to meet customer requirements, ensuring customer service and time objectives are achieved within financial constraints.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Logistics Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a large inventory of aviation spares, forecasting parts requirements, and making procurement recommendations to support a dynamic aviation support program. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing a large inventory of aviation spares and forecasting parts requirements based on usage rates and scheduled maintenance.
• Providing recommendations for procuring new component parts versus repairing unserviceable components.
• Ensuring purchases remain within scheduled budget requirements.
• Coordinating with subcontract and LM staff to process, track, and invoice material requirements.
• Analyzing requests from Flight Line Maintenance (FLM) supply personnel and making procurement recommendations.
• Preparing and maintaining inventory adjustment documents and auditable receiving records electronically.
• Assisting buyers with vendor-related parts issues and submitting vendor invoices for payment

Basic Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office products Excel, Work and Power Point
Must be able to assess, track, and make recommendations on desired supply levels.
Must be able to develop and brief PowerPoint and Excel presentations to customer and program management
Desired Skills:
Aviation maintenance management and parts procurement experience of 5 years.
Experience in budget management, forecasting, and planning in aviation sustainment activities.
Proficiency in GCSS-A and Aircraft Notebook
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
