Description: You will be the Manager of F-35 Consumables Sustainment Supply reporting to the Senior Manager of F-35 Item Management.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be the direct leader for a team of approximately 20 Item Managers and will be responsible for insuring delivery of materials to the global F-35 Fleet, repair and order management in order to meet customer outcomes. This will require a collaborative business approach working relationship with Lockheed Martin Team, Government Project Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Warehousing/Transportation providers and F-35 Customers.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated prior experience with leading diverse teams and/or project teams
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and/or serving as liaison in a cross-functional environment; ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity to accomplish assignments
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience creating presentations and presenting to senior-level company executives and customers
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience operating within a Supply Chain Management or Logistics function (i.e. distribution, logistics, support systems, contract negotiations, and/or sub-contract knowledge)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Understanding of How Supply Metrics (examples: MICAP Hours, GIE) Contribute to Air Vehicle Metrics (examples: MC, FMC)
• F-35 and/or military aircraft Sustainment Experience
• PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience
• Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience desired
• Supply Item Management Experience a Plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
