Description:You will be the Security Representative for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business team. Our team is responsible for providing superior security support for multiple closed area programs, including the Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) Program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Representative, you will be responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and performing duties that ensure the protection of sensitive information and compliance with security policies and directives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing comprehensive security support for multiple programs, including personnel security, physical security, document control, subcontractor management, inspection readiness, Operations Security (OPSEC), and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements
• Developing creative security solutions to meet mission requirements while ensuring compliance with customer expectations and applicable security policies and directives
• Serving as a primary security interface with all levels of program personnel, customers, and subcontractors
• Collaborating with program management to ensure seamless security integration and education
• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and directives, and identifying areas for improvement

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
― Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
― Must have a Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years. Candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret Clearance as required.
― Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
― The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
― Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required.
Desired Skills:
― Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Industrial Security Operations and Compliance
― Experience working in DoD Industrial Security Programs either as a Program Security Representative, Contractor Program Security Officer, or as a Physical Security Specialist
― Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
― Highly organized and detail oriented
― Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
― Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
