Description: You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the THAAD Interceptor Production Program team. Our team is responsible for managing complex subcontracts and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that support program milestones.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading the Subcontract Management Team and overseeing a major subcontractor, driving performance and quality metrics to meet program objectives. You will serve as the primary interface between our organization, the subcontractor, and various internal stakeholders, including program management, supply chain, quality, engineering, and production operations. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the Subcontract Management Team to ensure successful subcontract execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, program management, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report subcontractor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality work products that meet program requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive program success.
• Travel as required to support subcontract management activities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
