Nearly a third of Comcast’s customers live in a multifamily environment, including apartment buildings, condominiums, dormitories, senior living facilities, and more. As the demands of our multifamily customers grow, we must respond with specific systems, interfaces, and services to meet their needs.

Some of the day to day will include:
building strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the Company, including business units, sales leaders, field sales personnel, field installation personnel, and engineering teams
Analytical - ability to identify, prioritize, and address customer pain points and systematically assess systems and processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or defects. Includes root cause analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - working effectively with product teams, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life
Persuasion & Influence - ability to present ideas in a compelling way, persuading stakeholders or customers to buy into new initiatives, product changes, or enhancements
Facilitation Skills - leading productive meetings, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration efforts, ensuring all voices are heard, and consensus is reached.
