As a Solutions Analyst I in the Corporate Sector's Cybersecurity and Technology Controls team, you will bridge partnerships between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Your role involves leveraging technical fluency and analytical reasoning to assist in eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements. Translating these into technically feasible solutions, you’ll be adapting to ambiguous situations, supporting various teams and managing dependencies. Your developing proficiency in data analytics will enable you to extract key insights from diverse data sets to support decision-making and key business initiatives. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will ensure clear and concise information exchange with stakeholders, while your emerging knowledge of technical solutions and applied architecture principles will contribute to your understanding of technology alignment with business strategy.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements using analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down objectives into manageable tasks
- Contribute to the translation of business requirements into structured, technically feasible solutions, applying technical solution knowledge
- Support data model development and interpretation to communicate data requirements and assets, leveraging data analytics and data fluency skills
- Develop an understanding of architecture and operating system designs, policies, and standards, ensuring alignment with technology and business strategies
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, maintaining clear, concise information exchange and alignment on project objectives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence including the ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices and experience working across large environments
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
- Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
- Experience driving modernized strategies using agile methodologies. Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in applied architecture principles and the ability to understand the alignment of technology with business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving to break down complex objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Familiarity with technical solution concepts and vendor products, supporting technical solution implementation
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics, including experience with extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and using data-informed decision-making to support key business initiatives
- Experience using the Microsoft Outlook suite including PowerPoint

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly complex organization
- Experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with key stakeholders
- Experience with implementing Role Based Access Controls in a complex organization Experience with administrating JIRA Service Desk projects
