The GEOAxIS system provides Identity, Credential and Access Management for all web applications. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand, access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritative attributes/roles. Our Mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting those critical mission applications across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, standards, and processes that support IC agency missions and operations.
- Maintain weekly communication with government leads to understand requirements, mission priorities, performance measures, program goals, and support needs.
- Identify and define future capability and interoperability needs by working with multiple stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across the enterprise.
- Conduct systems engineering analysis to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and engineering efforts, such as mission service transition plans, and CONOPs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customer workgroups and mission partners to align efforts and to identify, address and implement solutions to enterprise issues.
Basic Qualifications
- STEM Bachelor’s degree plus 12-15years of experience, or Master’s degree plus minimum ten (10) years of experience in system architecture.
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in Zero Trust ICAM solutions design and architecture.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in developing ICAM RESTful and/or SOAP services.
- Demonstrated three (3) years agile methodology for capability integration and design.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of IC ICAM standards as well as IC ICAM roadmap architecture and implementation guidance.
- Must have served on a team that demonstrated ability to deliver alpha and beta quality code to the government in time frames less than one month, and production quality code in three-month time frames.
- Experience in server side representational State Transfer (REST)ful, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) web service development, as well as experience in test-based development, continuous integration, knowledge of JAVA Services.
- Experience with Client-side user interface development and experience in Human Computer Interaction (HCI).
- Experience with JavaScript, Ozone Widget Framework, and Microsoft SharePoint 2016 or higher.
- Local to DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) with ability to be physically present at the team’s work location in Chantilly
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of leading technical teams, conveying technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of identifying innovative solutions to drive efficiencies, increase stability, and modernize architectures
- Experience with integrating applications to use Enterprise services
- Demonstrated design and familiarity with the operations and sustainment of highly resilient, multi-operations Enterprise class and denied, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth (DDIL) solutions
- Candidate must be able to physically be in Chantilly, VA a minimum of 4 days a week to work with the team with occasional meetings in Reston and/or Springfield, VA
- All candidates must be US CITIZENS to be considered for the position

- Expertise in software and mission IT systems design, related architecture(s), and best practices.
- Superior attention to detail & high quality organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
