Description:What We’re Doing:Lockheed Martin’s, Rotary & Mission Systems (LM RMS), Program Security and Compliance invites you to step up to one of today’s most daunting challenges: the protection of exquisite government capabilities leading to warfighter supremacy against our peer and near peer adversaries. As a program security professional at Lockheed Martin, you’ll safeguard the sensitive information and warfighting capabilities that our citizens and the world depend upon to protect U.S. and ally interests. Here, you’ll work alongside other program security experts and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you’ll draw on all your education and experience as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep these exquisite capabilities protected.
The Work:This position is located at Jacksonville ANG Base in Jacksonville, Fl and will support F-35 security operations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. Some travel may be required. Due to local mission requirements, a Secret clearance will be required.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to:
- Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits.
- Identify, report, and document security incidents in accordance with DoDM 5205M 5205.07 Vol 1-4.
- Provide overall SAP security administration and support as outlined in the DoDM 5205.07 series regulations.
- Perform random entry/exit searches, changes combinations and generate SF 700s.
- Performs classified material management.
- Control access to secure facilities, handle and storage of classified documents and electronic media.
- Other duties as needed by site and security leadership.
US citizenship required as most programs and projects assigned are ITAR restricted.

In support of our US Air Force customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services such as, Physical Security (PHYSEC), Personnel Security (PERSEC) Collateral Security, Security Education and Training (SETA), Access Control, Media Control, Construction Security Management, and Squadron deployment support.
On occasion, incumbents may be required to work 1st or 2nd shift and a non-standard work schedule that differ from their primary shift being hired for.

Basic Qualifications:Final Transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last five years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
Knowledge of DoD Manuals 5205.07 vols 1-4.
Working knowledge of ICD 705 standards.
Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.
Desired Skills:1. Prior experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
2. Knowledge of Joint Strike Fighter security requirements.
3. Experience working in a military environment.
4. Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with DoDM 5205.07 Vol 3, and ICD-705.
5. Works well independently and in group settings.
6. Excellent written, verbal and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Working knowledge of ICD 705 standards.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
