THE WORKAs the F-16 Korea Program Manager, you’ll play a critical role in executing and managing the Korea training system, ensuring its success through exceptional leadership and management. Located in Orlando, FL, this role involves overseeing program cost, schedule, and technical performance while fostering strong relationships with both the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team and the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
Establishing program start-up and baseline.
Leading risk and opportunity management.
Implementing program rhythm, metrics, and reporting to drive performance.
Managing cost, schedule, and technical execution.
Building effective partnerships with customers and stakeholders, including the USAF at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and end users in Korea.
Supporting Business Development to sustain program growth.
This is a complex, high-visibility development program requiring frequent travel to Wright Patterson Air Force Base and Korea.

Basic Qualifications:• Strong Program Management experience, including experience with high-risk programs.
• Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Experience managing development programs.
• Ability to lead program teams to deliver cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience in leading risk and opportunity identification and resolution.
• Ability to review and analyze program metrics to provide analysis and predictions of program performance.
• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading diverse teams.
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with Functions and senior executive leaders.
• Ability to support domestic and international travel on an as-needed basis.

• Familiarity with Flight Training Programs and simulator development.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
