Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Ocala Operations team. Our team is responsible for coordinating production planning, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet customer needs.
What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for driving production planning and inventory management efforts to meet program requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing expertise in SAP and Apriso to optimize production planning
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including supervision, represented workforce, and internal customers
• Managing inventory, including new part requests, and monitoring consumable material levels
• Providing program health information to customers and internal stakeholders
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and developing corrective action plans
• Collaborating with the Material Resource Planner to coordinate kit releases and resolve part shortages
• Maintaining and monitoring production planning and control (PP&C) metrics

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Supply chain or manufacturing/production operations experience
• Strong Analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking/prioritization skills
• Experience working in team environments ie: Leading and communicating cross functionally across multiple platforms- face to face, virtually, email, and Microsoft Teams
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements
Desired Skills:• SAP ERP experience
• Experience controlling and handling inventory
• Demonstrated ability to work well in both a team
environment and alone
• Demonstrated ability to ensure data integrity and
consistency.
• Ability to understand and use Material Resource
Planning, Warehouse Management, and
Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Apriso WM.
•Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control manufacturing operations experience and/or other manufacturing production experience
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and
parts lists.
• Understanding of MRP / supply and demand
management.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
