Job Summary
Responsible for the deployment and sustainment of sales support, enablement, and operations initiatives. Effectively drives engagement throughout the various stages of sales initiatives, including deployment, adoption, sustainment, and improvement plans. Serves as subject matter expert and acts as resource for colleagues to improve knowledge and ability. Engages directly with the field and frontline leadership to enable higher adoption and usage while accelerating speed to productivity when launching new initiatives. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

A successful candidate would have the below preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
- Demonstrated experience in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in generating and optimizing queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Skilled in SQL for database management and query execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership teams to develop, coordinate, and implement best-in-class practices for deployment and execution of sales support, enablement, and operations initiatives.
- Effectively identify gaps and barriers to success in the planning, implementation, and execution of deployment initiatives; develop and implement mitigation tactics to overcome barriers, obstacles, and gaps.
- Establish self and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) as it relates to tools, sales processes, and Company products to _provide effective sales education and awareness_ to build ability during deployment activities.
- Assess and manage the performance and effectiveness of sales deployment initiatives and recommend enhancements as necessary.
- Execute on the reinforcement techniques provided in learning experiences such as leader-supported coaching plans, focus groups, and team huddles.
- Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills in both individual and group settings.
- Review and report on initiative performance trends.
- Leverage tools and reports to interpret data to manage outcomes.

Salary:
National Pay Range: $55,584.23 USD-$130,275.54 USD
