What You’ll Do:
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll be the key to transforming our customers’ homes into perfect sanctuaries of comfort. From start to finish, you’ll install state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties, ensuring everything is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll work closely with customers to explain system functionalities and maintenance tips, always ensuring a top-notch service experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Install with Precision: Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes, following manufacturer specifications and local codes, and ensuring everything works perfectly before you leave.
- Deliver Comfort: Communicate clearly with homeowners about the benefits and maintenance of their new system, leaving them feeling confident and cared for.
- Safety First: Adhere to safety standards and local regulations at all times, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant installations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members, share knowledge, and assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Stay Organized: Maintain accurate records of all work, including work orders, service reports, and invoices, ensuring everything is in order for follow-up service and billing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience installing HVAC systems (residential experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or technical training in HVAC technology are a big plus.
- Certifications:
- EPA Certification is required (or willingness to obtain one).
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in varied physical conditions, and navigate tight spaces.
