Job Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician
Position Summary: You will perform residential and light-commercial HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with the company’s high-quality service standards while providing the customer with a 5-star experience.
Abilities, Skills & Knowhow:
- Proficiency in charging and recovering refrigerants
- Proficiency in advanced refrigeration cycle diagnostics
- Proficiency trouble-shooting electrical components and circuits
- Proficiency in airflow and ECM motor diagnostics
- Proficiency with gas heating diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency with heat pumps, defrost cycle, reversing valves, and TXVs
- Proficiency with ductless, two-stage, and variable capacity technology
- Proficiency in brazing, pressure testing, and vacuuming
- Ability to proficiently problem solve in dynamic and stressful environments
- Ability to handle a physical workload in demanding environments
- Ability to efficiently repair equipment in fast-paced environment
- Confident social skills
- Positive and enthusiastic
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years previous related experience
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable by the Company’s insurance carrier
- Must maintain the ability to pass a background check and regular drug screening
- Must have an EPA Certification
