Overview
The Workflow Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency and timely task completion. This position involves coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and collaborating with teams to allocate resources effectively. The Workflow Coordinator will monitor daily activities, address bottlenecks, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance overall productivity.
Pay: $60,000.00/yr DOE

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the workflow of tasks, projects, or operations to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor team schedules and workloads, reassigning tasks as necessary to maintain balance and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain workflow processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to set priorities, allocate resources, and meet performance metrics.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and insights to management.
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.
- Ensure effective communication between teams and departments to facilitate smooth handoffs and coordination.
- Use workflow tools and software to manage tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on workflow processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in workflow coordination, scheduling, or operations management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in workflow management software, such as Microsoft Excel, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
