KBR KBR has an opportunity supporting the US Space Force and its mission to Protect and Defend National Security Interests in Space as a member of the Space Warfighting Analysis Center's Joint Sensitive Space Staff (JS3) team.
As the SWAC JS3 Staff Integration Management Specialist, you will provide on-site support to JS3 leadership and staff to optimize day-to-day operations and drive integration within the Space Warfighting Analysis Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management and execution of daily activities required for the functions of the Joint Sensitive Space Staff, utilizing organizational/business management skills paired with technical/analytical skills
- Organize meetings (to include coordinating with front offices of very senior leaders, and collecting inputs for JS3 staff meeting charts), coordinating and deconflicting calendars among the members of the JS3
- Ensure the Director is thoroughly prepared for each event on their schedule, to include scheduling preparation time, providing read-ahead materials, biographies of participants, subject matter experts, and arranging advanced meetings, as required
- Lead planning and preparation meetings for key panels and conferences
- Manage and track tasks, need dates, and primary POCs using Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable software and database tools (e.g. Excel, Project)
- Summarize key outcomes and actions from meetings and organize documents into a logical organization and structure within Discretionary Access Controls
- Support drafting/finalizing of documents, PowerPoint slides, etc.
- Manage JS3 Joint Mailbox and coordinate responses/replies to Staff coordination requests
- Support strategic project management and task tracking by streamlining/managing processes and workflows and helping set the operational rhythm for the team
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the Programs, Space, IC, and stakeholder communities and understand their organizational goals/objectives, parochial views and their impact to SWAC
- Perform broad office duties such as ordering supplies; receiving, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence; answering phone calls; setting up VTCs, receiving/escorting visitors; writing meeting minutes; making copies; and managing records management
- Assist security personnel with security clearance verification, building access, data transfers, processing visit requests, etc., as required
- Infrequent travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the Government
- Other duties as required/requested by the Government

Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, agreeable to polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in a Director’s Action Group or similar role supporting Senior Executives in classified environments
- Must be a US citizen
- Exceptional professionalism and strong experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills via phone, email and in-person
- Demonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships and teams with government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors, working in a highly dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with senior government leaders
- Proficient with security processes/procedures (eg, document marking/handling, generating and transmitting classified visit requests) in TS/SCI and SAP environments
- Capable of opening/closing JS3 office spaces
- Strong experience with office management procedures, equipment and information management systems such as on-line calendars, Task Management Tool (TMT), security clearance visit request information systems, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (ie, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with working in special access program and special access required environments
Desired:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph
- Prior experience as an A&AS contractor in a DoD, MDA, or IC Acquisition organization
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
Basic Compensation:
100-110k
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
